Our leased fleet is white with traditional “barn doors” on the 8’ end.  Our containers are delivered using a “Landoll” which is a piece of equipment that tilts for easy on/off deliveries.  Free pre-sites are offered if needed.

SURFACE:  Your main goal is to have a level surface that does not collect water when it rains.  The interior oak floor sits on a 4” high steel frame.  Crushed stone or a cement pad are two popular choices.

For new customers we do require a credit application be filled out.  Turn around time is typically 3-5 days from order placement.

For payment we ask for the first months rent and delivery up front.  A credit card is kept on file for auto-debit each month.  The last payment will consist of the last month and pick-up fee. Leases are month to month allowing you to cancel whenever you’re ready.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer leasing to residential customers.
