Whether you rent, lease or buy a trailer, safety and reliability are always top of mind. That’s why every trailer that leaves or enters our facility undergoes a thorough inspection. This assures that the trailer you receive is dependable, road-ready and compliant with government regulations.

Outbound inspections

Before you receive one of our trailers, our technicians perform the following inspections:

• Check tires for proper tread depth, air pressure, and overall condition.
• Inspect brakes, suspension, and lights to ensure compliance with DOT standards.
• Review the roof, floor, and side panels for leaks or structural damage.
• Examine the doors, seals, and hinges to confirm smooth operation and secure closure.
• Verify that decals, registration, and safety markings are in place and up to date.
• Grease hinges and moving parts as needed.

Inbound inspections

When you return a trailer to us, we assess its condition and identify any maintenance issues.

• Recheck tires, brakes, and lights for wear or damage.
• Inspect the body, roof, and floor for any new dents, punctures, or leaks.
• Verify the condition of door seals, latches, and hinges.
• Check cleanliness inside and out to confirm it’s ready for the next rental.
• Document any damages or issues that occurred during the rental period.

 Our inspections and damage policy

• Every trailer is inspected before release and after return using a structured checklist. This ensures consistency and full accountability.
• If damage occurred during a rental or lease, we document the issues during our vehicle inspection.
• To avoid confusion, we inform you about the inspection results.
• We will bill you for damage not caused by normal wear and tear.
