We check our drivers’ employment background. Our drivers obtain three years of commercial driver’s license training, meet DOT requirements, and receive ongoing training.
How do you monitor driver safety and compliance?
Atlantic Trailer conducts random drug tests and daily equipment inspections and reports. We employ GPS monitoring and receive daily driver reports. We also have a highly qualified HR team.
What is your safety record or FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) rating?
We have an excellent safety record.
How is communication handled in the event of delays or disruptions?
We communicate promptly with affected parties.
What are your customer service hours and response times?
We match your needs. Some of our operations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
