What size containers do you offer?
We stock 20-foot, 40-foot and 40-foot High Cube containers.
Can the container be customized to suit specific floor plans or layouts?
Yes. If you can draw it, we can make it.
What design options are available for interior and exterior finishes?
Design options include flooring, electrical, windows, doors, HVAC, lighting, shelving, cameras, exterior painting, siding, etc.
Can windows and doors be placed according to my preferences?
We can customize the windows and doors to fit your needs.
Are solar panels or off-grid capabilities an option?
We can install solar panels for lighting.
Utilities & Connectivity
Is the unit pre-wired for electricity, internet and phone lines?
The unit can be pre-wired for electric needs. We will work with you to address your internet needs.
Can the container connect to existing utilities, or does it require additional infrastructure?
We can customize the container to connect to existing utilities.
Delivery & Setup
What kind of preparation is required (e.g., foundation, leveling)?
Your preparation for an office container should include a flat surface with good drainage, railroad ties, concrete pylons, gravel bed, and a concrete pad.
Is the container office designed to be easily relocated?
Yes. The container is designed to be easily relocated.
What access requirement are needed for delivery (e.g., road width, turning radius)?
Any place that can accommodate a regular container will work. We can perform site checks at no charge.
Permits, Compliance, Warranty
Do you assist with necessary permits?
No. We do not get involved with permits.
What warranties do you offer on construction, systems, materials?
We offer a one-year warranty on our work.

Cost & Timeline
What is the estimated cost and what does it include?
Our pricing depends on your customization needs.
Are there additional fees for delivery, customization or installation?
We base our delivery fees on the delivery location. Customization will lead to customized pricing.
What is the estimated timeline from order to delivery?
Generally, we can complete the customization in two to four weeks. Standard 20-foot and 40-foot ground level offices are usually in-stock and available for immediate delivery.
What are the payment terms and financing options?
Our purchase engagements require a 50% deposit with the final payment due upon completion.
Maintenance & Support
What on-going maintenance is required?
The unit should not require maintenance. However, we can service the unit if a need arises.
Do you offer support or repair services after installation?
We offer support, repair and delivery services after installation.
Can the unit be expanded or modified in the future?
Yes. We can modify a unit to meet new needs.
